• At least 10 years of professional experience, with 5 years in stakeholder management preferred
• Discipline-specific professional registration (PMP, PMI, ICE, RICS) is desirable
• Experience working on large-scale programs and managing stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office, Aconex, and other relevant software
• Strong knowledge of authorities and government entities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
