We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Editor to join our team at BUSEET. As a Senior Editor, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of editorial content across various platforms, managing a team of writers and content creators, and ensuring all content aligns with client goals and meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement content strategies to engage audiences and drive business results.
  2. Lead a team of writers and editors to produce high-quality content that meets client expectations.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their content needs and develop tailored solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation and management.
  5. Oversee the editorial process from concept to publication, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior editorial role.
  3. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  4. Strong understanding of content strategy and audience engagement.
