The Managing Director's Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the Managing Director in the daily operations of ST Style LLC's building material supply business.

Job Description:

  • Manage the Managing Director's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations.
  • Assist in managing and tracking orders from suppliers and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to monitor stock levels and replenishment schedules.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to resolve any order-related issues.
  • Conduct market research and assist in supplier negotiations.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
  • Track and follow up on tasks and projects assigned to team members by the Managing Director.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of building materials, construction terms, or supply chain management is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
