Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Trade Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the full implementation of marketing activations within the agreed-upon calendar, budget, and ROI expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform retailer presentations for all new launches, showcasing the latest products and trends.
  • Manage and execute in-store animations, including booking with retailers, permit issuance, and other logistical arrangements.
  • Oversee eCom takeovers on retailers' platforms, ensuring seamless integration and maximum visibility.
  • Develop and implement email and SMS campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Design and execute sampling strategies to include the release of new product samples prior to launch, increasing average transaction value.
  • Liaise with suppliers to produce design elements for animations, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Report on budgets on a monthly basis, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Collaborative nature, with a passion for the fragrance industry and staying up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and influencers.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of client service and shopper experience, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative marketing ideas.
  • High integrity and trustworthiness, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
