We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Men's Club. In this role, you will contribute to all activities, projects, and communications related to 'Employer Branding' to promote an excellent and professional employer image. You will also update and maintain company's organization charts and job descriptions to ensure their validity.

You will support the development of programs and create KPIs for every department & employee to support organizational growth and effectiveness. A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or an equivalent field is required, along with 5+ years of professional experience working in HR.

Proficiency in MS Office Applications is also essential.
