We are seeking a highly skilled bilingual English- and Arabic-speaking HR Generalist and Administration Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities

  • Entering employment data into our company's database with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Supporting senior HR staff with screening CVs and the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Organising meetings and taking minutes to ensure efficient communication within the team.
  • Providing excellent customer service by answering any employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Creating engaging staff handbooks and newsletters to keep employees informed about company updates and policies.
  • Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Updating employee holiday and sickness records accurately and efficiently.
  • Setting up recruitment and training events to support business growth and employee development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organisational Psychology or equivalent is preferred.
  • Approximately 2-3 years' experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of local employment laws and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural contexts.
  • Strong organisational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Owing to our client's ongoing commitment to Saudization, we are only seeking Saudi nationals with good knowledge of local Saudi employment laws and procedures.
