We are seeking a highly skilled bilingual English- and Arabic-speaking HR Generalist and Administration Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Job Responsibilities
- Entering employment data into our company's database with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Supporting senior HR staff with screening CVs and the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Organising meetings and taking minutes to ensure efficient communication within the team.
- Providing excellent customer service by answering any employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Creating engaging staff handbooks and newsletters to keep employees informed about company updates and policies.
- Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Updating employee holiday and sickness records accurately and efficiently.
- Setting up recruitment and training events to support business growth and employee development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organisational Psychology or equivalent is preferred.
- Approximately 2-3 years' experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of local employment laws and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural contexts.
- Strong organisational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Owing to our client's ongoing commitment to Saudization, we are only seeking Saudi nationals with good knowledge of local Saudi employment laws and procedures.
