We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist and Administration Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Job Functions
- Processing employment data accurately and efficiently into our company's database.
- Supporting senior HR staff in screening CVs and facilitating the hiring process, ensuring a satisfying experience for candidates.
- Coordinating meetings and maintaining precise meeting minutes to foster effective team collaboration.
- Addressing employee inquiries promptly and professionally, providing outstanding customer service.
- Developing comprehensive staff handbooks and newsletters to keep employees informed about company updates and policies.
- Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations, ensuring a hassle-free onboarding experience.
- Updating employee holiday and sickness records accurately and efficiently.
- Planning and executing recruitment and training events to drive business growth and employee development.
Required Expertise
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organisational Psychology or equivalent is highly valued.
- Approximately 2-3 years' experience in Human Resources, with a thorough understanding of local employment laws and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultural contexts.
- Strong organisational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- In line with our client's commitment to Saudization, we are exclusively seeking Saudi nationals with a solid grasp of local Saudi employment laws and procedures.
