Counter Salesman

We are seeking a skilled Counter Salesman to join our team at Al-Futtaim Automotive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the parts sales counter, assisting customers with parts identification, and ensuring accurate order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure seamless operations.
2. Customer Service: Provide accurate and timely parts support for all brands represented by the company, responding to customer inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
3. Parts Identification and Inspection: Utilize parts catalogues to identify correct part numbers and inspect items for sale to ensure they are in serviceable condition and suitable for intended use.
4. Order and Back-Order Management: Manage orders and back-orders, keeping customers informed of delivery status and ensuring on-time delivery.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with the parts team and other departments.
