Corporate Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the Office Assistant position. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Job Requirements:
- Responding to phone calls and messages
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date physical and digital filing systems
- Managing inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Providing exceptional support to visitors and clients
Essential Qualifications:
- Indian national with excellent English language skills
- Prior experience as an office assistant or similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
