An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team as an Administrative Assistant to a Board Member. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in secretarial work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The daily duties for this position include working closely with the Board Member to provide administrative and secretarial support, meeting and greeting visitors/guests at all levels of seniority, organizing and scheduling appointments, producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations, and arranging travel, visas, and accommodation.
The successful candidate will be bilingual, fluent in Arabic and English, and will have at least 8 years' experience in a secretary/PA position dealing with high-level executives. French would be an advantage.
Responsibilities- Work closely with the Board Member to provide administrative and secretarial support
- Meet and greet visitors/guests at all levels of seniority
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations
