  5. Assist in developing employer branding strategies to promote Master-Works.
  6. Maintain accurate candidate tracking systems and recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Familiarity with ATS and other recruiting tools.
  6. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes.
