About the Role

Palo Alto Networks' Unit 42 is seeking an experienced Consulting Director to lead our proactive cybersecurity consulting services. As a senior-level consulting role, this position involves overseeing a team of consultants, developing teams, and working closely with sales and domain leaders to deliver pitches and prepare proposals to win new business and manage client relationships.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in cybersecurity, passion for making a difference, and a continuous learning attitude. You will have a sound knowledge of emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to deliver proactive consulting services, ensuring consistency, quality, and highest level of customer service.
  • Lead SOC assessment and transformation services to clients, providing expert-level advice and delivering findings to CxO and/or Board of Directors.
  • Collaborate with the BDM and CSM to identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Promote Unit 42's proactive services and drive innovation in our offerings, leveraging Palo Alto Networks products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of consultants, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition.
  • Participate in thought leadership initiatives, sharing expertise and best practices with internal and external stakeholders.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 12 years of experience in delivering cybersecurity consulting services, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Professional certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP, CISM, or others.
