Job Description

As an Architectural Design Reviewer at Alpin Limited, you will play a critical role in shaping the built environment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Your primary responsibility will be to review third-party real estate project design submissions for compliance against KSA regional directives and guidelines.

You will work closely with our design team to ensure that designs meet the required standards and align with our company's vision for urban transformation. This includes reviewing submittals, providing feedback, and certifying compliance with regional directives and guidelines.

In addition, you will be responsible for reviewing designs for compliance with regional architectural heritage, historic districts, and conservation areas. This will involve ensuring that designs meet the required standards for elements such as building materials, facade design, rooflines, fenestration, landscaping, and overall architectural character.

Responsibilities
  1. Review design submissions for compliance against KSA regional directives and guidelines.
  2. Provide feedback and recommendations to designers to ensure compliance with regional directives and guidelines.
