We are seeking a highly skilled People Growth and Development Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing employee skills and supporting their career growth through the design, delivery, and coordination of training and development initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesThe People Growth and Development Expert will assist in implementing the individual performance management framework that aligns individual goals with organizational objectives. They will also support managers in setting clear, measurable performance objectives for their team members, conducting performance check-ins, and year-end performance evaluations.
Some of the key responsibilities include facilitating the creation of performance improvement plans (PIPs) for employees needing additional support, tracking and analyzing individual performance data, and ensuring consistent documentation of performance evaluation and related discussions.
Requirements- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building partnerships with external vendors or consultants to enhance training offerings.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), are required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting, or any relevant discipline is a must.
