We are seeking a highly experienced Port Agency Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee agency services, manage relationships with stakeholders, and drive business development efforts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage agency services for Shipping operations, including Port and offshore vessels.
- Coordinate with port authorities, terminal operators, vessel owners, project owners, EPC, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient vessel turnaround.
- Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company standards.
- Provide leadership in managing technical and commercial management of port crafts, marina crafts, and offshore crafts.
- Drive business development efforts to promote shipping and offshore services.
- Lead tendering processes, negotiations, and contractual agreements for port services, vessel management, and offshore supply services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver hub services, freight forwarding, logistics, project cargo handling, and chartering services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, maritime partners, and key stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in port and shipping operations, including handling offshore and port crafts.
- Strong knowledge of international maritime laws, port procedures, and regulations.
- Proven track record in vessel management and ship agency operations.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including port authorities, shipping companies, and terminal operators.
