Key Responsibilities
  • Legal Strategy and Compliance:

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree from a recognised institution.
  • Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia.
  • Minimum of 8 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a senior legal role.
  • Strong background in corporate law, regulatory affairs, and contract management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex legal matters and provide strategic legal advice.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity and professionalism.
