Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented People Services Specialist to join our team at the Saudi Tourism Authority (STA). As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our employee services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage all employee documentation, including contract activation and renewal, to ensure compliance with relevant authorities.
  2. Coordinate employee end-of-service procedures, ensuring a seamless transition for departing staff.
  3. Liaise with the Legal function to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee contracts.
  4. Verify the validity and accuracy of legal content related to employee services.
  5. Administer employee insurance enrollments, changes, and terminations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  6. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee-related matters, promoting fair and effective management practices.
  7. Review and ensure compliance with all people practices, staying up-to-date with the latest labor laws and regulations.
  8. Perform additional tasks as required to support the HR function.
Requirements
  1. 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in human resources or a related field.
  2. A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, or a related field is preferred.
