About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Fintech Strategist to drive the success of our fintech solutions with airline partners in the Middle East. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with airlines to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities in the fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with airline partners to identify new business opportunities and grow existing partnerships.
  2. Product Development: Lead the development and launch of new fintech products for airlines, working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with airline goals and success metrics.
  3. Optimize Existing Solutions: Collaborate with airlines to improve and grow existing fintech products, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and maximize ancillary revenue opportunities.
  4. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless product experiences.
  6. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with trends in the fintech and travel industries to anticipate market shifts and identify new opportunities for innovation.

Requirements:

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  2. Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
  3. Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  4. Creativity and strategic thinking to identify new opportunities in the fintech and travel spaces.
  5. Strong project management and organizational skills.
  6. Familiarity with airline operations, challenges, and revenue streams, or previous experience working within the airline industry is a strong plus.
  7. Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English, effective communication with ME and NA partners and stakeholders is crucial.
