Call Center Operations Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Call Center Operations Manager to lead our team at 2P Perfect Presentation. As a critical member of our customer service department, you'll oversee daily operations, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee call center operations, ensuring teams meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce churn rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Foster a culture of excellence, encouraging teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and industry trends.
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of experience in call center management or leadership roles.
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and reducing operational costs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
