Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic guest-focused Revenue professional who prides themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service. As a Reservations Manager, you will manage the Reservations Department and promote a helpful and professional image to our guests. Your role includes key responsibilities such as:
  1. Giving full cooperation to customers requiring assistance with a prompt, caring attitude and anticipating their needs.
  2. Applying room reservations and group reservations procedures thoroughly.
  3. Maintaining an awareness of guest profiles through Opera and knowing operation procedures.
  4. Showcasing product knowledge, understanding rate structure, and applying rate management.
  5. Maintaining all administration procedures to hotel and company standards.
  6. Positively contributing to sales activities within the hotel and maximizing sales opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a degree in hospitality and a minimum of two years of experience in hotel reservations. They must be computer literate and possess excellent communication skills, with written and oral proficiency in English, while additional language skills are an asset.
