Oraib Consulting seeks a skilled Medical Sales and Business Strategist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conducting thorough research to understand current trends, identify potential growth areas, and analyze competitor activities.
- Sales and Relationship Building: Building relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote the company's products.
- Product Development and Launch: Collaborating with R&D and marketing teams to develop new medicines and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Navigating complex regulations within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identifying and forming partnerships with other companies, research organizations, or educational institutions to expand the company's reach.
Requirements:
- MBA and above degree in Business administration preferred with degrees in any Medical field with board certification preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of clinical and regulatory requirements in the therapeutic area.
- Proven track record of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
