Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategist to join our team as a Key Account Specialist. This role will focus on developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned region.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government and private sectors, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare administrators, and purchasing managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Medical Laboratories, Life Sciences, Business Administration) is required. An advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the molecular diagnostics or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics technology and applications, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
