HurryPay is a dynamic fintech startup transforming Saudi Arabia's fintech landscape. We're seeking a highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support our senior leadership team.
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and excels at multitasking. The successful candidate will have 1-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in fintech, startups, or fast-paced industries.
The selected candidate will possess fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken), proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and virtual meeting platforms. Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional time management, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
Job Description
This position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing materials for meetings and presentations. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining communication channels, organizing company-wide events, and maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–5 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in fintech, startups, or fast-paced industries.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
