Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our lawyers, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers, including preparing documents, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the billing process, including preparing invoices and tracking client payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with firm policies.
  • Screen and direct incoming calls and emails, prioritizing tasks and responding to queries in a timely manner.

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
