Preferred Skills
  1. Project Management: Manage complex projects and delivery, with experience in on-site and off-shore delivery models.
  2. Finance Background: Possess a finance background, with AAES background a plus.
  3. Functional Industry Knowledge: Have functional industry knowledge, particularly in operating models, netback, sales, JV, etc.
  4. SAP Technical Skills: Possess good SAP technical skills, with comprehensive visibility in all areas.
  5. Management Capabilities: Demonstrate very good management capabilities, handling complex and challenging contexts, discussions, workshops, and negotiations.
  6. Teamwork: Ability to work as a team member.
  7. Language Skills: Arabic speakers, willing to work in Saudi Arabia.
  8. Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, with a change agent attitude a plus.
Basic Qualifications
  1. Education: Master's Degree.
  2. SAP Technical Skills: Possess good and comprehensive SAP technical skills.
  3. Experience: 10+ years' experience as a Solution Architect in SAP modules such as SAP Social Services, CRM, LSO, GRC in the oil and gas sector.
