We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Team Leader to join our team at Offshore Recruitment Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Formulate and maintain sales standard operating procedures, set sales team procedures and strategy, and drive sales activities to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Monitor Sales Team Activity: Collect and review sales managers and executive reports to optimize results, conduct regular sales management meetings and business reviews to assess performance and drive results in line with our financial goals and sales objectives.
- Lead and Develop Team Performance: Develop and maintain solid and long-term relationships with key clients, analyze accounts and their potential, and assign them among team members to leverage their strengths and achieve expected sales results.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture, master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years and up to 10 years in the construction industry, preferably from the paint/coating industry.
- Location: Must have lived or currently living in KSA & Qatar.
