Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in finance (Master's degree preferred) + CPA or CMA.
  2. Experience: 15+ years of post-graduate and progressive financial experience, with the past 5 to 7 years in a senior finance role.
  3. Leadership and Team Management: Ability to function as a strong member of a highly motivated and integrated management team.
  4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  5. Culture Building: Ability to build and maintain a positive and energetic company culture.
