We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Rotana Hotels. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online content and providing creative solutions to drive web traffic.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and e-commerce, with experience in developing and implementing online marketing strategies that improve revenue and customer metrics. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and increasing traffic through direct and semi-direct online channels, working closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications and the Corporate Director of E-Commerce.
- Evaluating the performance of our branded website and suggesting improvements to increase bookings and enhance online presence.
- Monitoring and executing the active presence of the property on social media tools to maximize online exposure.
- Maintaining all online channels to be accurate and brand compliant, ensuring parity across all platforms and integrity with the brand website.
You will also be responsible for conducting quality assurance audits on hotel descriptive content and images to ensure consistency across all channels.
