About the Role

We are looking for a talented Field Operations Associate to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing various field activities to support our operational objectives. As a Field Operations Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and optimizing efficiency in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Field Coordination: Coordinate and schedule field activities, ensuring timely execution of tasks. Act as a liaison between the field tasks and the team, facilitating communication and information flow.
  2. Site Management: Conduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Manage inventory and equipment at field locations, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
  3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Collaborate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals for the smooth operation of our assets.
  4. Problem Resolution: Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during field operations. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance overall efficiency. Communicate with guests and support them during their in-stay journey.

Requirements

- Saudi national, based in Riyadh.

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.

- Previous experience in field operations, maintenance, or a related field is a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services is an advantage.

- Professional appearance and demeanor.

- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- You must have your own car and a driving license.
