Your Role in Our Mission

The business development team plays a crucial role in acquiring and engaging recruiters across multiple source markets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving student demand through our network of recruiters.
  • Generating revenue through recruiter subscriptions and student placements.
  • Identifying new revenue streams to increase total revenue.

Your Impact as Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth within Education Agents/Recruiters. This involves:

  • Working with a portfolio of Recruiters across Adventus Partner Universities & Institutions to meet and exceed student enrollment goals.
  • Managing strong relationships with Recruiters, contributing to their sales strategies.
  • Taking responsibility for service experience and delivery to the Recruiter network.

Your Backstory: What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably with exposure to an agency/indirect distribution model in recruitment of International Students.
  • A commercially savvy sales professional with a proven track record in delivering results via leading indirect sales management.
  • Experience nurturing customer relationships and recognizing customers' business requirements.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and its opportunities and challenges.

Your Contribution to Success

  • Executing regional sales plans in collaboration with your reporting manager.
  • Identifying Recruiter growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Achieving and exceeding student enrollment targets.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all Recruiters.
  • Supporting inquiries and providing prompt responses while maximizing leads.
  • Producing business performance reports as needed.
  • Representing Adventus Partner Universities & Institutions at exhibitions and recruitment events.
  • Leading Recruiter-facing activities and overseeing student recruitment in the region.
  • Managing the Recruiter network with a focus on depth of relationship and adherence to SLAs.
  • Monitoring competitor activity to enhance in-market awareness and analysis.
  • Complying with Adventus policies and applicable laws, including Workplace Health and Safety, Anti-Discrimination and Harassment, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, and other relevant regulations.
  • Maintaining alignment with corporate policy, strategy, and direction, including local legal compliance.
