Qiddiya | القدية is at the forefront of luxury real estate and experiential design. We are seeking an Experiential Design Manager to play a critical role in designing a world-class hotel that embodies luxury, innovation, and elegance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospitality design and a deep understanding of luxury market expectations. They will be responsible for leading the design process for the Hotel project, ensuring that the vision aligns with the overarching goals of Qiddiya Investment Company.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present design concepts and proposals to senior management and key stakeholders for approval.
  • Oversee the selection of materials, furnishings, and finishes that reflect the luxury status of the hotel.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 - 9 years of relevant experience in hotel or hospitality design, with a strong emphasis on luxury projects.
