  4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements

Education: Ph.D, or Master's, or B.Sc. in Architectural Engineering.

Experience: Minimum of four years of experience with Ph.D, or seven years of experience with Master's, or nine years of experience with a B.Sc. degree, including a proven record in design, specification, and construction of new and existing buildings in large healthcare facility settings.

Skills: Knowledge of U.S. codes such as NFPA, ASME, UL and ASHRAE. Skilled in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Primavera and/or Microsoft Projects and engineering calculation software.
