Job Summary:

The Director of Enterprise Services is responsible for steering and managing the business unit to achieve strategic objectives and deliver outsourced end-to-end business services to foreign and domestic clients. This role encompasses commercial strategy, business development, product management, service delivery, and team leadership. The Senior Director will ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Unit Leadership and Strategy:
  2. Steer and manage the Enterprise Services business unit, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals.
  3. Develop and implement commercial strategies, including marketing, branding, and top-level sales approaches.
  4. Set overall sales targets and monitor high-level achievements.
  5. Plan and control budgets, monitor commercial performance, and manage departmental financials.
  6. Ensure alignment in market and customer approach across all sectors and business segments.
  7. Develop business cases in collaboration with Product Development and perform financial impact assessments.
  8. Plan and coordinate marketing events and promotions in line with the overall strategy.
  9. Consolidate and communicate overall department performance reports to stakeholders.
  10. Drive client acquisition and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  11. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and oversee client proposals and offers.
  12. Collaborate with the Growth team to align branding, pricing, products, and service offerings.
  13. Ensure competitive positioning through pricing strategies and market-appropriate tariffing.
  14. Oversee the development of product concepts, innovation scouting, and market intelligence.
  15. Align product offerings with customer needs and business opportunities.
  16. Manage service delivery to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  17. Oversee contract management, client ticket fulfillment, and resource workload planning.
  18. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  19. Monitor service delivery performance and implement continuous improvement measures.
  20. Collaborate with internal departments including HR, Finance, and Corporate Development.
