Sales Performance Specialist

To achieve sales goals for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and retail segment in the region through effective follow-up on opportunity pipeline, engagement with potential customers, pitching products, and closing deals to expand market share.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
- Conduct research on potential customers to identify needed information.
- Perform due diligence on potential customers prior to meetings to gain insights and reflect findings in sales pitch.
- Coordinate with sales support to align on requirements, such as pending documents and timelines.
- Conduct sales activities for SME and retail accounts, escalating activity when needed to improve chances of sales closure.
- Contact prospects to brief about products and intended offerings in line with pre-set guidelines.
- Deliver sales pitches and address customer doubts during meetings, leveraging due diligence and pre-developed tools.
- Analyze new customers database and detect trends in conversion rate to identify new potential leads.
- Develop sales reports highlighting performance and areas of underperformance in field sales activities.
