About This Role

This position involves executing marketing strategies and plans to promote our product superiority. It requires coordinating with Regional Marketing Managers to drive revenue and market share for the Division while maintaining customer relations with major accounts. The Product Specialist will be selling unique patented devices and implants directly to opinion-leading surgeons in theatre settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with distributors.
  • Conduct product presentations to various customer levels.
  • Provide product training.
  • Assess field and marketing support needs and recommend solutions to management.
  • Maintain relationships with Business Unit staff and regional marketing managers.
  • Serve as a communication link between the marketing organization and the Business Unit to resolve issues.
  • Ability to scrub and assist physicians during S&N product implant procedures.
  • Implement marketing strategies and customer education programs at the country level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a medical-related field or equivalent.
  • One year of experience in product marketing.
  • In-theatre and/or clinical marketing experience is ideal.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
