- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless client onboarding, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions.
