Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and inventory movements.
  • Preparing and managing store documentation, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
  • Receiving and inspecting incoming goods, ensuring they match order specifications.
  • Issuing materials to production teams in a timely manner, minimizing delays.
  • Monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies or concerns to management.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Preparation of monthly stock summaries, reconciling physical and book balances, and ensuring accuracy.
Requirements

To be successful as a Store Keeper at Riverside Enterprises, you must have experience in a similar role, knowledge of storekeeping, record keeping, and inventory skills. You should also be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
