About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team in KSA. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing the technical performance of one or more audit/government compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal audits, reviews, and assessments for General Atomics and its affiliates.
  • Conduct financial and operational audits to determine the reliability and effectiveness of our business systems and related internal controls.
  • Examine company records to ensure proper recording of transactions and compliance with applicable laws, agreements, and policies.
  • Prepare and present timely reports of audit/review/assessment findings to management.
  • Participate in the review, adoption, and modification of company policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Provide leadership and counsel to the audit team to meet schedules and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in the resolution of complex government compliance issues and verify the implementation of agreed-upon corrective actions.
  • Ensure business excellence is maintained by managing and participating in the planning, attraction, selection, retention, and development of required professional talent.
  • Represent the company with commercial and government customers and interact with internal managers concerning matters of significance to the company.
  • Utilize demonstrated understanding of Government procurement regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulations and Cost Accounting Standards.
  • Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Utilize MS Office Suite and other applications.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns.
  • Knowledge of tax software and MS Office.
  • Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
  • Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
  • Analytical skills with detail orientation.
