We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Security and Safety Things. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve annual and monthly sales targets in KSA.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and end-users in the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement local customer strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Manage and grow the local customer portfolio by increasing share of wallet with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, management, or engineering.
- At least 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in high-tech multinational companies and video systems business unit.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Excellent customer orientation, networking, and team player skills.
