Your Role:
The Third Party Agreement Manager will play a key role in leading the development and implementation of processes to manage interactions with third-party stakeholders. As a liaison between internal and external entities, you will nurture and sustain relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors and partners, ensuring timely deliverables and fostering strong collaborative relationships.
- Process Development: Establish and implement processes and procedures to manage stakeholder interactions, promoting effective engagement and communication.
- RACI Matrix: Develop a comprehensive RACI Matrix to clarify roles and responsibilities, ensuring a clear division of labor among stakeholders.
- Communication Facilitation: Ensure structured communication between workstreams, client departments, and internal and external stakeholders, promoting alignment and collaboration.
- Workshop Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate workshops, meetings (online and face-to-face), and working groups, documenting meeting minutes and actions.
- Action Tracking: Participate in weekly and monthly meetings, tracking required actions from stakeholders and following up on progress.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with the client and/or designated representative to support and implement project strategies, incorporating insights from stakeholder discussions and project teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Monitor stakeholder engagement, promptly identifying and escalating risks, issues, and concerns regarding project progress.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of stakeholder interactions, project developments, and approvals.
- Team Support: Provide guidance and expertise to project teams, informing them of stakeholder inputs and expectations.
- Status Reporting: Regularly inform the Stakeholder Manager of potential delays in project milestones or completion timelines.
