Essential Requirements:

  2. Minimum of 15 Years of Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in large projects, with at least 10 years as a Test Manager overseeing trial operations in significant projects.
  3. Extensive Experience: Extensive experience in governmental, semi-governmental, and international company construction sites.
  4. Proficiency in Construction Operations: Proficiency in all stages of construction operations, including site engineering, construction techniques, and site management.
  5. Strong Track Record: Strong track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives and talent development in construction.
  6. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Global Experience Preferred: Global experience preferred, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
  8. Knowledge of Environmental Control Plans: Knowledge of environmental control plans for project construction works.
