We're seeking a Senior Operations Director to drive operational excellence and support our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and operations management, with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, streamlining processes, and delivering projects on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of company operations, including project management, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and support staff.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for operations, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization and profitability.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in operations management. They will have strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are also essential, along with proficiency in project management software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
