Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on FF&E.
  3. Skills: In-depth knowledge of FF&E procurement processes and cost management, proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel, strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
