We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Advisory team on a 18 months project. This key role involves developing strong client relationships, shaping strategies, and overseeing implementation. The successful candidate will lead multiple projects concurrently, structuring the project approach, managing resources and budget, and driving business insight and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients as a trusted advisor on strategic issues.
  • Shape client agendas through understanding key pain points and proposing discussion points with TAM leadership.
  • Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Manage project plans, deliverables, resources, and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive business insight, conclusions, and solid recommendations to address client needs.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
  • Develop and coach team members according to career plans.
  • Owning client communications and relationship management.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in professional services and management consulting.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business-related majors.
  • Proven track record of working with Saudi governmental clients.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint.
