Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Participate in the recruitment process, discussing staff needs with line managers, screening applications, and conducting interviews to ensure the best fit for our organization.
- Career Development and Employee Relations: Assist in career development issues, discussing career paths with line managers and recommending suitable candidates for promotion to enhance employee growth and satisfaction.
- Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Investigate and resolve day-to-day employee relations problems, either directly or through advice to line management, to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Payroll and Salary Administration: Manage payroll, conduct routine salary administration tasks, and provide advice to managers on the wages and salaries of all employees, except senior management, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Statistical Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and analyze statistical reports and other data to monitor applicant flow, turnover, and compliance with legal regulations and company goals and policies.
- Exit Interviews and Turnover Analysis: Participate in exit interviews with terminated employees and analyze trends at each department in turnover, separations, and grievances to suggest support or action needed to adjust unfavorable trends.
- Absenteeism and Turnover Reduction: Prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
