Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Direct and coordinate the activities of front office personnel to ensure seamless guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Revenue Management: Analyze and optimize room inventory, rates, and revenue streams to maximize hotel profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train front office staff to ensure excellent customer service, adherence to hotel policies, and effective communication.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and security, to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on front office performance, guest feedback, and operational metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and enhance the overall hotel experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Certifications: Basic first aid certification and proficiency in Micros-Opera Property Management System (an asset).
