Job Summary

Asterix Communications is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to support our HR department in various administrative tasks, employee relations, recruitment, and other HR-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless transition into our team.
  2. Employee Records and Data Management: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  3. Employee Support and Guidance: Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support and guidance to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  4. HR Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
  5. Training and Development: Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  6. Performance Management: Support performance management processes including evaluations and feedback to ensure employee growth and development.
Candidate Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.

Skills:

  1. Knowledge of HR Best Practices: Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including employment laws and regulations.
  2. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  3. Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems to efficiently manage HR-related tasks.
