Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the concierge team, focusing on developing their skills and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Build relationships with guests, understanding their needs and preferences, and tailor your recommendations accordingly.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless execution of guest requests, including arranging transportation, reservations, and other activities.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of local events, attractions, and services, enabling you to provide expert recommendations to guests.
  • Foster strong relationships with local businesses to enhance guest experiences and stay up-to-date on new developments.
  • Address and resolve any guest issues promptly, efficiently, and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration required.
  • At least two to three years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential, while Arabic fluency is highly desirable.
