This is a mid-senior level position responsible for providing strategic HR support to the organization.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement incentive payment plans, ensuring timely approval from relevant authorities.
- Collaborate with management to oversee the annual salary review and performance bonus process.
- Establish accurate job codes for benchmarked positions, reflecting organizational requirements.
- Analyze data extracted from benchmarking reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor compliance frameworks and coordinate related activities.
- Support the management of employee benefits and compensation packages.
- Ensure adherence to rules governing compensation practices.
- Evaluate the organization's long-term and short-term strategic objectives, identifying key areas for improvement and focus.
- Assess the organizational structure and personnel requirements, performing gap analyses to identify potential improvements.
- Optimize the efficiency of the organizational structure, providing recommendations for enhancement and supporting effective change initiatives.
- Review and update job descriptions to reflect business needs and organizational structure, identifying changes and proceeding with job analysis.
- Identify critical and leadership roles requiring succession planning, implementing necessary programs for talent management.
- Develop and review updated job descriptions and families, forwarding them to the Reward & Performance unit for evaluation and grading.
- Ensure fair job evaluation and grading across the organization, utilizing a world-recognized job evaluation system.
- Deploy the performance management process, facilitating performance reviews and managing probationary performance appraisals at all levels.
- Enhance and manage existing performance management processes, promoting employee growth and development.
- Identify top performers and low performers, taking appropriate actions to address performance gaps and areas for improvement.
- Implement a comprehensive development strategy, grooming high-potential individuals and addressing performance issues.
- Develop required reports and training materials for performance management at different levels.
- Maintain a tracker to follow up on mid-year and end-year review status, ensuring timely completion of the process.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest performance management techniques and methodologies.
Contribute to identifying and proposing future managers within the organization.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A diploma in Human Resources or equivalent preferred; bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent desired.
- 4-8 years' experience in Human Resources or equivalent, preferably in a similar role.
- Essential: written and spoken English language proficiency AND intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- High numerical ability.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Action-oriented self-empowerment.
- Resource optimization and work process orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team working, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel.
