We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Partner to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with business leaders, develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, and enhance workforce engagement.

Main Responsibilities

  • HR Advisory: Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development, serving as a trusted advisor to management.
  • Business Partnership: Work closely with business leaders to design and implement HR initiatives that align with business goals and drive results.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze trends and metrics to identify solutions, programs, and policies that address human resource challenges.
  • Change Management: Facilitate change management initiatives and support organizational transformation efforts, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse pipeline of talent and a positive candidate experience.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on various HR topics, promoting awareness and compliance.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, addressing any compliance issues proactively.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a business partner capacity.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations. Proven track record in supporting business objectives through effective HR strategies.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
